The complete tools is made of five layers consisting of Neoprene Rubber rings as the Second and Fourth Layer sandwiched between the washers provided as the first, third & the fifth Layer made from mild steel. The Center Pipe is made out from Mild steel. The Rubber rings are squeezed using the Revolving butterfly Nut that is provided with a roller bearing. |

To pressurize the Pipe for testing of any leak this test end has to be inserted in to the pipe as per the pipe size. The test ends has to be tightened using the butterfly nut provided & then the required nitrogen pressure has to be given from the Center pipe. |
